Museu do Farol de Stª Marta

The navigation leaves marks and signs on land. These infrastructures between the sea and the land are "tied" to the land despite hanging over the sea. The Museu do Farol (Lighthouse Museum) works on recuperating and displaying those signs. The project is to recreate volumes that once existed. With that reconstruction, a memory is created and a past is recorded that has now been formally built. Through a wall built with volumes of different sizes and types, the group can still be clearly perceived as a whole.
