Municipal Swimming Pool

Print
Mirandela is well-known for its cuisine and especially for the breeding of bovine cattle. A city at a meeting point between Bragança and Vila Real. The Municipal Swimming Pool is an unusual building around these parts, with a huge indoor hall made of wood. The perception of this huge span is reinforced by the structure which depicts and displays its formal clarity, especially the façade. A special link between the structure and the architectural design which, being uncommon, makes its strange relationship with its surroundings particularly interesting.
